good trees for the money
Some useable textures
This package contains 8 multi stem shrubbery like textures and 10 single stem trees. The quality differ a bit:
• Edges: Very sharp edges. That doesn't matter much for the multi stem textures but it's a major problem for the single stem trees. In fact I'd go as far as saying that factor alone is enough to make those ten textures useless.
• Bleed-through: The curse of most tree textures - faces showing through each other ruining the 3D effect. It doesn't get much better than this. Well done!
• Colors: Perfectly OK.
• Alignment: Doesn't really matter for the multi stem textures. Didn't really test the single stem ones since there's no way I'm ever going to use them anyway.
• Names: Why can't texture makers give us the species of the trees? That can be rather important if you're working on a build based on a particular regional theme!
• Price: I bought this at a 99 L$ promo pack and the useable textures here are worth that. It should have been better though and the package certainly isn't worth the regular price of 499 L$.
