This is the revised model of a build that won the New Toulouse shotgun house contest. It's comprised of about 40 organic, gluten-free prims.
This build was influenced by other shotgun house builds by New Toulouse founder Carricre Wind, Tallulah Bourjade, an in-person visit to New Orleans, and valued input from some RL Cajuns living in New Toulouse (including Jake Wikifoo and Henri Godenot) The builder is from San Francisco Calif, and some of the influences and fixtures are Victorian. Its footprint is small enough that you still have room for a garden on a 512k parcel.
Yo, 2025 update: the doors aren't linked and it's still prims!
Make a copy, then rip it apart and add to your Frankenstein stuff!

Very Nice House
I needed a small house for my 512. I don't build much. I found it to be easy to update and I could put a lot of stuff on the parcel because it's only 39 prims.
