I was generally suprised that second life, with all its post-apocalyptic, fallout, 1950s or cold-war themed sims doesn't seem to have any geiger counters available, so I decided to make my own.
This is a sculpted geiger counter based on real world mid-century American geiger counters. Simply wear it, it attaches to your avatar's left hand.

its a good build
the main problem I have with it is that it is no mod, and therefore, I cannot put a sound effect system IN it to make it useable... if it were at least mod I would give it a perfect 10
Simple yet realistic appearance
Looks just like the old 1950's vintage equipment which was still used for training in the mid -1990's. The only thing keeping this from rating a perfect 10.0 is lack of sound effects.
Great Giger Counter
Very nice design that fit perfectly in my hand. Was a great accessory for my Halloween costume.
