A Fun Addition to Christmas Decor

I'm writing this review shortly after purchasing the item, before having a chance to play with it, because I'm afraid other purchasers may blame the seller for a perm problem that I suspect is LL's fault. More on the problem, and the fix, below.

This is a cute, one room house, nicely textured on the outside (love the icing on the roof) and stocked with animated furniture inside and out. All the animations are very pleasant, and the decorations (peppermints, gumdrops, etc.) make it a build to enjoy and munch on!

Now for the problem--the box and the coalesced object inside are both labeled "no copy." Investigation revealed the culprit to be the four gumdrop chairs inside--and these are "no copy" only because inside each is an [AV]prop script that, for some strange reason, is "no copy." (The [AV]Sitter system, which includes this script, was made open source a couple years ago.) To fix the perms on the gumdrop chairs, I deleted the "no copy" script from each and replaced it with a full perm [AV]prop script from my inventory. Everything is now copyable. (If you don't already have it, you can download the system from https://github.com/AVsitter/AVsitter.)

I may warn Shylo Coba about this, but I do think this is a Second Life glitch. I've had copyable items *in my inventory* change to "no copy," and lost a considerably more expensive item because of this. The perms on the innards of several of my objects have changed to "no copy" for no obvious reason--and that affects the perms on the object as a whole.
