Gold Lace Rococo Court Gown with Watteau train
This gown is based on the wide panniered skirts from 18th century France and should be suitable for sims roleplaying that period.
It updates my most popular older design by using a mesh bodice, skirt and train together with a flexi prim based panniers and sleeves so addresses all the problems of the older design mentioned in the reviews.
Also unlike most mesh gowns where you have to try on several versions to see which fits, with mine you simply wear the gown and then click the skirt, select 'Set Clothes' and then try all the dress sizes from XXS to L to see which fits you best. This allows the gown to be transfer so if you have problems with your shape you can pass it back to me for adjustment or replacement if it cannot be resized to fit.
There is also a part called the "bodice top pleat" which usually fits but if you are particularly well endowed then click on it and you can adjust the size of this separately.
This gown now includes the latest version 8 of our special scripts, possibly the most advanced dress control system in SecondLife. Clicking on the skirts in any sim that allows scripts will bring up a menu of options. The controls on the menu when clicked are as follows :
AO On/Off, Set Head, Set Arms, Set Body, Set Walk
The gown includes an AO (Animation Overrider) with replacement animations for standing and walking. In this AO you can mix separate animations forthe head, arms, body and legs to achieve a range of looks. However the gown does not include any of the 'fidgeting' animations included in some AOs but it is now possible by selecting 'AO WalkOnly' to use another AO whilst standing and the one in the gown whilst walking should you so desire. "Period Walk" is the normal walk animation for my mesh gowns but "Hobble" and "Stride" offer shorter and longer stride patterns. "Slow" versions of these animations are also available as in some of my gowns it would not be possible to walk normally in RL. These "Slow" animations have been designed to match the standard SL slow walk rate obtained when you hold the spacebar down when moving. Alternatively click on the skirt and select Walk Speed and any rate between 3 and 5 should be suitable.
Set Clothes
This sets the dress size. The Fan command allows a fan or other object held in the right hand is waved at an average speed set in the menu but the actual interval and time the fan is flapped is randomised.
Curtsey and Bows
A wide selection of curtseys and bows are included in the gown. Clicking on these drops you into position where you will remain until you click on the skirt again whereupon you should rise.
Go2/Follow
This allows you to go to and then optionally follow another person. The person being followed can cancel this by clicking on your skirt.
Walk Speed
SL only has one basic walk speed which is fine for normal use but slower speeds can be useful for entering events, especially for the bride at weddings so as to make the time walking up the aisle more realistic. This menu offers a selection of other speeds from a frozen solid to walking at normal speed. Most gowns only allow the wearer to select and control this menu so the stopped setting may seem bit pointless but certain items such as the nun's outfit allow others to be given permission to control them.
Hug/Kiss
This offers the usual Hug and Kiss as well as some more unusual animations. A selection of the people you are facing isoffered in the menu for you to click on. The internal AO is automatically turned off during the embrace for better realism.
Due to the internal scripts and animations, these gowns are sold on a no-copy yes-transfer basis with modify rights on the bits that occasionally need to be altered. Please note that many items list in inventory as no-modify because of the no-modify scripts and animations in them but in fact they can still be adjusted. If any part of the garment is damaged in doing so I will happily replace it. However please remember that rigged mesh parts are no-modify as they fit themselves to the avatar.
Thank you for looking at this product from the House of Alisha. If you purchase it then I really hope you enjoy wearing it or any of my other gowns as much as I enjoyed making them.

I don't see the point of the busk.
It looks odd, and is annoying to edit.
Other than that, it's a lovely product.
