SO big
Much too massive!
In the delivered size this build is absolutely massive and has to be considerably shrunk in size.
To keep a normal look, this would have to be done in all three dimensions, as otherwise the "railing" will just look hilarious.
Even then it is more for display than for actual use, even more as first you would have to set it to "prim" instead of "convex hull".
For the right house it may serve as a small balcony (although even after resizing the base is big!).
LOD and AO are ok, and you can easily retint the three faces ("railing and base", "banister" and "floor"), therefore it will still get three stars.
But be sure you are ok with the massiveness.
