"Grape Me" occupies the tattoo layer on an avatar. If you'd like to wear other tattoos with it, simply right-click the item in your inventory, and select Add instead of Wear.
The package here on Marketplace comes with 5 hues (White, Muscadet Green, Burgundy, Merlot and Pinot Noir). However, since it is modifiable, you can tint the white version to any colour you like, making copies for any occasion.

I'm currently wearing this body paint on a faerie brewer, and I love it! I've tried it on a male shape as well, and the "paint" somehow manages to accentuate both forms. Most products like this only work on one body type or the other, but not this one.
I also love the fact that it's copy/modify. I like the existing colours too, but the fact that I can copy the white version (or any of them - the other colours are pre-tinted white versions) and change it to the perfect tone is awesome!
