For each new avatar, it greets with a customizable sentence and (if you want) it gives a landmark of the place.
This funny and useful tool is very easy to use: just rez it to the ground and set the description with a sentence chosen by you. If you want, you can also put a landmark inside it, so it can send it to new visitors in you land.
It keeps in memory every detected avatar, so it greets (and sends the landmark, if you want) only one time for each avatar. After about 10 hours, it will delete the list, so it can greet other times.
