Charming But Limited
This is a great house for a water or lakeside setting. Fabulous looking and wonderful inside. But! It lacks the basics you expect. The fireplaces aren't scripted: no on/off. The great looking shutters for the windows have no control; keep the shutters or delete them. The construction is a bit odd so parts you need to modify are part of a big, unrelated mesh, so you can't change it. The 'garage' door into the fantastic boat shed has no controls. It is a fixed and part of the house mesh so it is permanent and cannot be modified to make it useful. So the house is full of promise but suffers from basic elements you need to make it a home.

I purchased this home because a friend had this one! It is so lovely, and well made! I had to have it, even if left in my inventory until the perfect piece of land comes along! I have a few of the homes made by this designer... you cant go wrong buying from them.
