Finally!! Something That works!
Well!!.... After sifting around all day looking at everything old school and laggy.. I finally find precisely what I wanted and needed.. just a gentle ambient fog effect. It is substantially resizable and transparency thinned it just right.. This fog also resizes well to a substantial size and thickness without being a prim hog.. 4096m, a height of 7, and a transparency of 90 and only 3Li. Not bad... not bad... not bad. It's not animated, but I wanted just a standing fog.. thanks...
