Grungy Brick Garage (Boxed) Version 1.2

This is a multipurpose building that would be great for industrial applications, workshops, or garages, or anything else you can dream up. This garage has the same scripted doors I currently use in all my builds, with notecard driven settings. Can be set to all access, group, or owner only. Has ban list and allow list as well.. and at only 30 prims, won't break your prim-bank. Some of the pictures I took are of my own garage before I scripted the walk-in door, but I have included a pic of this scripted one as well. 100% linked parts. All parts of this garage are no mod, no trans. All bikes, cars, accessories, art, props, AVs, and parking lot or other items are not included. I should also mention that this garage does fit on one of Man-Cave Creations 1/2 sim tracks!
