This is a race-inspired 10x20 garage with a ramp and parking lot on the roof. Its designed with saving space in mind. The texture on the walls is a colored, brick based texture. The garage door is menu driven and access can be set to all, group, or owner only. All parts of this garage are no mod, no trans. The ramp on this version extends from the back roof down to the left. All cars, bikes, accessories, art, and twins are NOT INCLUDED!
