This is a small guest house with ONE room, draped with lace curtains, wood floors and an oriental theme. Perfect for the unexpected guest. Consists of 84 prims including plants and deco in the inside. It will need an area of 20 - 20m to rez and fit comfortably, all parts are mod/copy so feel free to make changes. This house is not transferable
