Cute Shoppe and It is Mod. Scripts inside are Not. Would be nice if door would open close and chairs were scripted. But for my use the building is perfect.

Not the greatest
The door to get in is phantom and not even scripted at all .. With it being no mod i cant even script the door .
Its said to be 48 LI cause its really small scaled to start with . And making it legit size is 64LI
The chairs are not sit posed
I tried to contact the creator back in Oct 2020 and they never replied to me ever for me to see it in world . Now I think it would of been best if i didnt buy it at all without seeing it in world . As I would not of paid 700L for this.
