Automated user controls for tenents and a locking system panel for the lobby. New front and balcony doors for smoother operation.
The Seabreeze is an advanced four unit condo with an Automated Rental System.
It uses 196 prims and has a 23 x 30 meter footprint. It is a vertical condo and consists of 4 condo units. It is serviced by a security elevator and floors 1 through 4 are locked out automatically when a unit is rented.
When rented, the Automated Rental System locks the elevator and exterior doors for that unit and programs them for the new renter . They can then add users and lock and unlock their doors or elevator control for their floor.
When the rental has expired, the Automated Rental System resets and unlocks the doors and elevator so the unit can be viewed by perspective renters.
Each unit has a large living room, two aditional multipurpose rooms, and a deck.
It uses a auto res device for one click assembly. It is copy/mod so more then one unit can be used.
Each unit has three window zones controlled by system panels in each room for clear, tint, or privacy mode. This building uses custom textures throughout and is also modify so you can change them to your liking.
Feel free to test out the rental unit in this model, it is set to just 1 L for test purposes.

A spacious, and well-equipped 4 unit rental. The built-in rental panel, window tinting, automatic doors, and elevator are a BIG plus! About all the vendor might add is a rooftop satellite dish and a small bathroom in each unit. :)
All you need do is decide to rent furnished or unfurnished and advertise your grand opening!
Last but not least is SUPER support for you, the buyer. The vendor offers prompt and helpful support, and this is NEEDED if you haven't "placed" and activated such a large build before.
This condo is the BEST of its kind in SL. My units rent for $L 500/week, and the top unit (penthouse) is $L 600.
Fabulous build. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. Loniki is a great person too, very helpful and patient. I love her builds so much I've gone back and bought a few houses as well!
