-Vehicles are property of PSC (Pro Street Cars) and not owned by me. This means that they are sold serperatly. As with the SZYM Entourage. Oh and the building, trees, and roads are sold seperately too.
-Prim Count says 45, that is the max it can be, min is around 35.
