This low land impact building weighs in at just 15 prims; drop it into your shiny new 1024 plot and you'll have 325 prims left with which to furnish it.
The Nightingale is a partial mesh build. Its larger elements are prims and you can modify these as you please: be mindful, however, that all prims have been converted to convex hull in order to bring down the land impact and if you unlink them the LI will rise. Also, be careful not to modify any of them into hollowed out or cut shapes, since these do not operate well as convex hull and introduce issues such as invisible walls. The smaller elements (the window frames and the doors) are mesh: you can only retexture and resize these.

The simplest designs are sometimes the best
Giving the builder great effort in a painstaking job of detail. However I am modding this to fit a scifi sim and those wonderful wood panels need to be changed. Sorry about that' really! :) Low impact and the design style is perfect.
