The Sick Head was the perfect item for my Halloween sim this year. Great detail and such a creative item. You will love it and want to use it year after year.

Really cool kindof guy lol, amazing will be included in my
halloween this year on ZaLiant and put a slow rotate in him
looks fab so no need for increase in prims, brilliant as it is:)
