Over a year!!!!!
I wrote an NC to the seller describing an issue with the ankle straps of my boots turning brown whenever I tried to turn the boots all black. That was on 11-29-2019. Guess what?! Still have not heard anything!!!! Seriously wrong that I have to give even a tip of a corner of a star!!! You get one star because I have to give you one to post this. Oh, I have been sending NC's since then, still no response.

Lovely materials and great color variety. Amazing quality for the price, especially for boots. I love them!
Be advised, these are one of few items that mean it when they say they're no mod, so you can't tint the white texture or adjust the materials. Doesn't take away from the item, though!
