A nice little one room stone cottage. It looks great out on the water. And it can be sunk into the ground pretty far to match your landscape.

As soon as I saw this building, I knew it was perfect.
The incredible amount of detail is amazing, not to mention its affordable price.
Within moments of my contacting the seller, he arrived with measurements in hand and verified that I could fit this inside my 1024 sq ft parcel.
Customer service at it's finest!
