I don't know why this outfit was given such a low review by someone. Usually I find when something is pretty cool, and someone pans it in the reviews . . . it's because the person who used it either didn't do it right, or just didn't know what they were doing.
This thing is GREAT for halloween!! And the price is VERY reasonable.
