A simple sign hanging from a frame made of steel pipe. Both sides of the hanging sign board are individual textures, so you can put a different texture on each side if you choose.
side note added at customer request: The sign area itself is roughly 2m x 2m in size by default which is fairly large. The land impact does drop to 1 if you reduce the overall size so the sign is only around 0.5m x 0.5m

It what it says it is
Yup. It's exactly as advertized. I'd change one thing: the back doesn't have a texture, but since this object is mod, it's easy enough to do that yourself.
