Haunted Tree Tunnel with materials enabled.
At a size of 8 x 9 meters, the land impact is 17. this will change as you change the size of the object.
If you unlink the object and change it, you will find it may get gaps or the physics change, that is because the root prim must not change and the mesh is split into parts. Keep this in mind when modifying.
