Haunting Beauty is my newest fully developed sim that rezzes onto land you own or rent.

It rezzes with all waterfalls, terrain & terrain texture, rocks, lights, bridges, and plants in place.

Haunting Beauty sim is the same as a custom designed sim, but for a prefab price. I rez the sim for you and provide full customer support from start to finish.

BASIC FEATURES:

Highly detailed multi-layered sim with lighted walkways through caves, forests, canyons, & waterfalls.

Haunting Beauty comes in two versions -
Regular Version (with a huge victorian mansion)
Halloween Version (with a huge haunted house)

Haunting Beauty can have a huge store, a club, or the huge Victorian Mansion provided.

Smaller victorian homes are also provided.

Nature part of sim is about 3000 prims, and the mansion is around 1000 prims.

Rezzes in minutes, and then I tweak to your specific needs.

Start your own exploration on one of the many walking paths which weave high and low through the region. Take a rope bridge across a deep red lake, or relax on a bench placed carefully cliffside and look around. There is much to look at, (especially with lighting set to default). Overhead, a dark cloud of thorn-like intensity turns slowly, shadowing a wooden house fit for a gothic dinner for two, or two dozen. The house perches on the edge of the cliff, rising high above the slowly flowing rivers and carefully carved hills.

Discover Haunting Beauty Trail, which leads to the house on the cliff; and Ethereal Falls, where light travels at the speed of water. As you walk, you will learn Haunting Beauty's closely-held secret: it is neither dark, nor dangerous... much. The region has its own kind of peace. To walk here is to experience a living creature; there is a pulse, a rhythm to the place, that requires you to slow down and smell the giant carnivorous flowers.

"I had been wanting to do a sim like this for some time," says creator Luna Bliss. " i saw a rotating shadow in my mind - up in the sky, and I wanted to move the earth up toward it. The result has a kind of deep beauty. It is reflective, expansive, and yet warm and inviting."

This stunning sim will be one of Luna's prefabricated-regions: she will rez the subterranean vision for a new owner in just a few minutes. The nature region is approximately 3000 prims, and the very large gothic home is just under 1,000 prims. Additional Victorian homes for the sim are available as well. Modifications that would make the sim ready for shopping or rental homes are available, and Luna is always interested to hear your ideas.

I approach sims like a landscape painting rather than a construction project. All aspects - starting with shape and texture of the terrain, through the water, plants, rocks, and other elements - blend together as a seamless whole. This integration is the most crucial part of beauty. Even the homes I choose are part of the painting, built to optimize shape and color to match the whole island.

When you purchase your sim here on xstreet you will receive a sim voucher and accessories kit with extra plants, rocks, treehouses, lights, bridges, and an information card.
After reading the information card just contact me (Luna Bliss) and we'll set up a time to rez your sim. Setup is easy:

1. First I email the .raw terrain file (to change the shape of your land) and help you upload it to land you either own or are renting.
2. I apply the terrain textures.
3. I rez the entire island (all the prims) from my 'magic box'.
4. After consultation I customize the sim if need be.
5. All prims are transferred to you.

Once again, it really is the same as a custom sim, but for a prefab price.
