Mediterranean Splendor sim is a fully developed sim that rezzes onto land you own or rent. It is fully customizable however, to fit your specific needs, and by starting with a base and rezzing it myself I can easily tweak it to fit the particular needs for your project (and then transfer all prims to you).

Mediterranean Splendor rezzes with everything in place (structures, plants, walkways, terrain, terrain textures) but is fully modifiable if you want to add your own touch.
* You must own or rent a sim (Homestead or regular prim sim) for me to rez Mediterranean Splendor onto.

I rez the sim for you, tweak it to your satisfaction, and provide full customer support from start to finish.

Mediterranean Splendor is an enchanting sim that has many uses - perfect for a dance club and/or meeting hall, village shops, rentals, a private home estate, or any combination you like.
It's highly detailed and rezzes in minutes so you can start your store or club business right away. No need to wait for weeks as a custom sim is being built when a better- than-custom sim (I tweak these for weeks - sometimes months) is waiting right now, and for a prefab price.

Adorable village stores, an amazing club/meeting hall, waterfalls, canals, inviting pathways - plus 12 lovely Italian cottages for rentals if you like.______________________________________________________________________________

I approach sims like a landscape painting rather than a construction project. All aspects - starting with shape and texture of the terrain, through the water, plants, rocks, and other elements - blend together as a seamless whole. This integration is the most crucial part of beauty. Even the homes I choose are part of the painting, built to optimize shape and color to match the whole island.

When you purchase your sim here on the Marketplace you will receive a sim voucher and accessories kit with extra plants, rocks, treehouses, lights, bridges, and an information card.
After reading the information card just contact me (Luna Bliss) and we'll set up a time to rez your sim. Setup is easy:

1. First I email the .raw terrain file (to change the shape of your land) and help you upload it to land you either own or are renting.
2. I apply the terrain textures.
3. I rez the entire island (all the prims) from my 'magic box'.
4. After consultation I customize the sim if desired.
5. All prims are transferred to you.

Once again, it really is the same as a custom sim, but for a prefab price.
