Door scripts used are 'Kool Door' these can be altered by the owner if desired, following Kool Door instructions.
The build is easily scalable, however remember to check 'stretch textures' before you scale, and make sure all doors and windows are shut before scaling. Scaling up will increase the Land Impact (prims) of the building, scaling down, will likewise decrease them.

The cottage is good to use for 16x32. Very roomy, 4 large rooms. The door is easy to fix by stretching it a bit. But I took off 3 stars because the avatar on the 2nd floor freely passes through the back wall of the roof, this is completely unacceptable in any house. When viewed in the world, I did not even notice it. Even in gift houses for 1 coin there is no such, but here 450. Creator correct this misunderstanding.
Very nice, slight inattention to detail
Pretty cottage, great low primmage, and re-texturable. However, bit frustrated that I can't fix things like gaps in the door frames (a simple re-size/stretch would cure it, bit sloppy), which I can't do because on Edit Link you find it's all one big prim. Sigh. I've bought other products from this seller and really happy with them, to balance my negative comment out.
