No matter what is your business, Giving good support for your customers is essential for the business to grow.
The new system offer more options than just IM me or send me notecard.

FEATURES:
1. Single prim.
2. Easy to setup.
3. Low lag.
4. Copyable. Use as many copies as you need.
5. Support up-to 200 agents. All those agents will
receive an IM when someone clicks call button, the IM contains the name of
the avatar who clicked on the call button and a teleport link.
6. Fully configurable using a simple notecard.
7. IM ALL or RANDOM online agents.
8. Self Test option included.

SETUP
1. make sure you have rezzing object rights, maybe you need to wear the right tag.
2. Drop a copy of the object from your inventory to the ground.
3, Edit the settings notecard and add all the agents.
4. System rebooting and ready to work.
5. Touch object and choose Test to check it.

Absolute waste of Lindens!

This help bot doesn't recognise other members, and doesn't Email.
Talking 'customer care', I couldn't use this in my business.
The settings menu doesn't work properly and there is no way to add collegues.
