The Hiller UH-12 (also called OH-23 Raven) was a lightweight widely used single engine helicopter.
The model sold here is one used by several private companies for general light duties around seaside areas..

Excellent ! low land impact, very easy to fly, nice, two crew, can float, good hud and is not excessively expensive, a great purchase. I am very satisfied.
Great Heli
This is a great 2 seat heli. It's pretty easy to master the controls, and has good visibility in mouse look for landing. The general flight behaviour is good, although side slip can feel a bit fast at times, but it's not enough to be a problem.
Sim crossings are stable, even with a passenger (both of us were wearing mesh bodies, hands, feet, hair, clothing, and a few accessories too).
It's also a nicely detailed model, without being excessive (keeps the prims/Li nice and low).
I already own the Air Crane version (also a great heli), and as to be expected, this is equally good, just instead of having a crane and crate to play with, you get to land on water :]
