A lot of sleepless nights went into bringing this project to fruition. In fact, several months were devoted towards crafting this beautiful beach side villa, which is equipped with its own immaculately landscaped platform. All the mesh included in this home were custom made using vibrant textures that give the home a very pleasant "beachy" aura. It's comforting, to say the least. The house has a very intriguing backyard that's equipped with a beautiful pool and torches to keep the area lit and alive. For refreshments, there is also a tiki bar by the pool. Beach ambient sounds can also be heard throughout the house, constantly reminding you to sit back and relax. The house also comes with a garage and surfboards to facilitate your sporty endeavors. Upstairs you will find a beautiful bedroom which offers an excellent view of the lower floor. We've put our all into creating this house and I am sure this fact reflects on the overall quality of the house. Thank you ever so much for your time and support.

Not Worth the Price!
I just purchased this home on June 15, 2019 and am pretty unhappy that the animations are repetitive and very basic throughout. The kitchen doesn't even have any animations except the few sitting positions on the 3 barstools. There aren't any prop givers for anything like for drinks or food etc. There aren't any Adult animations in the bed either, just sleeping & sitting positions. The bathroom bathtub has one repetitive animation for a lady bathing it seems. First I saw the house was 361 prims when looking at the advertisement on the Marketplace and thought that was great. Well it turns out its around 933 totally with the landscape and furnishings so KEEP reading the advertisement before purchasing so you dont miss something like I had. My fault there. So not knowing the true prims I had to hunt around for a parcel large enough and with the amount of prims it required to even use this home package. Trying to edit or modify the landscape area / hill top ground area out was a real problem as well, since it took out some of the necessary items needed for the pool and home build etc. Three parcels later (that I rented for a week each pfft), I found the right spot for this house. This house does look very pretty with the build, style and textures etc; however, its a very BORING home to have and to use since the animations are really minimal and basic and repetitive from seat to seat etc.
Very happy with my new permanent home
This one is a keeper. Been looking for a house like this for a long time now and now I finally got it. I dont even have to worry about putting up my own plants and terraforming my land because the platform that it comes with does all that for me. Plus the furniture is excellent quality. Im more than satisfied.
