Fantasy Hobbit style home suitable for smaller plots and limited LI.
The home fits within a 15 m by 15 m area and comes with a LI of 32.
The door opening is approximately 2.2 m wide/tall and even a larger avatar will fit through. The door has a script that allows changes to be made with a menu. Simply hold your mouse over the door and drag down. A menu appears to change aspects of the door. Inside the door is a NC. You can edit this card to make the door open for named avatars.
The home is a single room with a raised area over the fire intended for a bed. The rails may be removed if not required and will leave no ugly shadows behind.
The kitchen area is well equipped with opening oven door and a set of shelves and cabinets.
Although compact there is ample space for furniture to sit on and a dining table and chairs.
The house contains a re-size script. Touch anywhere and use the menu to change the house size. It will decrease in LI the smaller you make it and increase if you make it larger. There is a menu command to delete the script when finished.
Most surfaces can be re-textured to suit your needs. This includes the mound which can be easily changed to match your land.
Scripts are copy only but all mesh is copy and modify.
This build is placed next to other Hobbit Homes and a visit to see the range is advised. To get a real sense of the homes is difficult if relying solely on MP descriptions.
