Bought it, rezzed it, got another card rezzed it. Got a box and script with NO gestures. I want my money back Please,

Just boxes
The item arrived in box. I rezzed it and opened it, then moved the contents to my inventory. The contents was another box. Once again, rezzed, opened and moved the contents to my inventory. This time there was a script, and a box. Rezzed the third box and found it was empty. No gestuires at all.
