Low prim wood and stone house.
Size: 27x10,5m (no huge prim).
Full featured:
* Access list.
* Sliding lockable door.
* Tintable windows.
The house owner can fill in an access list by typing following commands in chat:
/28 list : displays allowed users.
/28 add : adds user to the list.
/28 rem : deletes user from the list.
/28 reset : deletes all users from the list.
All house windows are tintable in 5 levels, from opaque to transparent, for complete privacy.
The sliding door and windows are menu driven and can be independently locked, so that only the owner and allowed users can access these functions.
The chat channel for configurating house access list goes into sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. Simply touch the house and reactivate the configuration menu to wake it up.

It's alright
I didn't really like it, I think you could find freebie houses better, but it has ultra low prims, which is fantastic if you're on a tight prim budget :)
