Very low prim little house, ideal for a skybox or a shop: only 7 prims!
Size: 17x10m (no huge prim).
Full featured:
* Access list.
* Sliding lockable door.
* Tintable windows.
* Porch light.
* Switchable house/skybox balcony.
The house owner can fill in an access list by typing following commands in chat:
/28 list : displays allowed users.
/28 add : adds user to the list.
/28 rem : deletes user from the list.
/28 reset : deletes all users from the list.
All house windows are tintable in 5 levels, from opaque to transparent, for complete privacy.
Porch light is switchable between off, medium and bright light.
The sliding door, windows and light are menu driven and can be independently locked, so that only the owner and allowed users can access these functions.
Balcony can be open on right, left, none or both sides. Ideal to switch from a house/shop to a skybox. This function is only available for the house owner.
The chat channel for configurating house options such as access list and balcony goes into sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. Simply touch the house and reactivate the configuration menu to wake it up.

It's cheap, it's only 7 prims this is true!
however once rezzed it has transparency at the sides which is clearly a fault.
I'm not sure if this is mean't for a skybox or what, but was no good on my land!
Waste of 21 Lindens which isn't much, but left me compelled to warn others as it is pretty much useless for me.

This is a build that should win an award...Beautiful at a shocking low prim.
This has to be the best low prim house in SL. It is exellent to be used for a skybox. This is fantastic, get one, with this low prim count everyone can have a skybox to relax in, out of the way of everyone.
