House "Pixie House 04 House or Shop" - Mesh

This mesh house is for all avatars, big and little.
This mesh is ideal for business, shop, store, Picture Gallery, art exhibition or large house, loft or a nice house style "Pixie" for everyone .... for create villages, group of stores with different houses.
This large house can be used with 1 or 2 levels (version 1 = 1 level and version 2 = 2 levels).
I give you several examples of possible textured and constructions.

Footprint :

Version 1, 1 level example 17 X 22 X 12.5 m = 6 Prims without openings
Version 1, 1 level example 30 X 23 X 17 m = 9 Prims with scripted openings

Version 2, 2 levels example 17,5 X 22,8 X 19,3 m = 16 Prims with scripted openings
Version 2, 2 levels example 23 X 26 X 28 m = 21 Prims without openings
Version 2, 2 levels example 23 X 26 X 28 m = 24 Prims with scripted openings

The mesh may vary prim (Land Impact) depending on the size or thickness of the mesh.

In this package you will find :
- 2 examples houses (version 1 and version 2) with colored faces to see them for texturing.
- many Houses/Shops ready to rez (themselves come in several parts = ridge cap, roofing, level 2 with staircase and balcony, level 2, level 1 , base with out stairs, door, flaps, window).
- many textures for all faces.
House is easily customizable with any seamless texture 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024 !
Doors, windows and flaps open on touch (not lockable here). Script inside is not modifiable but you can modify channel inside the notecard in items, to open doors and flaps separately. This allows individual open several houses in a village. I give a notecard with explanations (in French and English).
You can see this house/shop from afar with a RenderVolumeLodFactor = 2.5 !!!

This product is 100 % mesh. You must have a mesh compatible viewer (SL V3 for example or other mesh compatible viewer).
Perms :
Items and Textures are No Transfer but Modify Yes and Copy Yes.
Notecard is modifiable.
Script is No Modify No Transfer.
