FEATURES
Land impact is 140 prims including everything.
Size required is 26M X 29M X 10M high or without the trees 26M X 23M X 10M high.
WHATS INCLUDED
Modern house, trees, pictures, privacy blinds in the two side rooms, light switches in all rooms.
You can set the color and intensity of the lights by using the menu.
OTHER STUFF
Doors are scripted and set to auto to use the menu hold, click and slide the mouse on the door the configuration menu will open.
Everything is modify so you can change to suit your needs.
Packaged in a rez-faux for easy setup.
