THE SATIVA
Wood, ponds, and tIki Heads were the driving themes behind this build. The goal was to create something organic looking whilst retaining our modern style and I hope we have achieved that.
The exterior of the build features sweeping curved walls and windows and we wanted to retain an open feel to the building so there are large, clear glass windows intermixed with thin bared sections. The entrance to the building was designed to be the main feature. There is a large pond running along the length of the right side of the building which also extends into the building itself. As you cross the water and head through the front door you are presented with an indoor waterfall flanked by 2 fierce looking tiki heads. The whole area is colourful and vibrant in true Hydro Homes style and the blue glowing water and green plants and lily pads make for a very attractive feature. On the ground floor you will find two large semi open plan rooms as well as a wooden stair case leading upstairs to a large landing area and two bedrooms.
This build really comes to life at night! On the exterior walls there are four large funky orange light panels as well as a selection of our Asteroid Plants and glowing blue tropical water. Added together these offer a delightful sight when viewed in the dark.
And lets not forget about the Tiki heads!. As well as our fierce looking heads that flank the waterfall, there are tiki head statues dotted about in the ponds. Completing the tiki theme is a large a sweeping wooden wall on the exterior of build with a mosaic tiki head design. This feature really adds character to the build ties the whole tiki theme together.
You get two versions of the build in the box, the house on it's own (this includes the pond over the entrance, rear and right side of the build).The second version features the house as well as the deck/garden area which consists of a three cool looking ponds surrounded by wooden decking.

Hydro Home Control System: Installed within this building is a remote control system for doors, windows opacity (for privacy) and local lighting. Attach the remote to your HUD and pass copies of the remote out to your friends and visitors to maintain secure access to your buildings features. Alternatively you can rez a copy of the remote allowing anyone to control the buildings features. The system is pre-installed so there is no setup involved and instructions on how to use the remote are included.
Auto Align/rezzer: All of our buildings are packaged with an auto align/rezzing system (Rez Faux v2.1) that will allow even the most novice of players to confidently position and set up our builds
Instructions: For each build we include a full set of instructions that assume you know very little, we also include a quick-start guide for experienced players and a troubleshooting guide

I have so many luxury homes it's silly but this home is amazing. I cant say enough good things about it, the textures are awesome in world, please go see it if ur interested in it. This isn't just a boxy prim house, when you walk into this house you get the actual feel of ambience.. its so artistic and creative. The rich warm colors, the layout, the architecture, the textures, the baked shadows, the beautiful blue water, the actual grains in the wood.. I am more than happy to have paid $1499 for this place. Its absolutely gorgeous and so unique. Thank you to the creator for an amazing home!
Outstanding Natural Abode
Huge fan of Hydro Homes since 2009. I could have closed my eyes and bought right away, but of course I wanted to tour the demo in world first. The Sativa gives off a very warm and homey feeling, especially at night. The garden is an elaborate addition. Two options for the windows, Opaque or clear.
