As much as i love this house, I cannot use it as there is a Script Error that prevents me from doing anything but looking at it.
I will be requesting a refund.
This is a lot of money considering its not usuable.

I love this house! Super spacious, fits my land nicely and is affordable.
Fantastic value
When I saw the price... I was floored. A house of that size for such a relatively low price. It also works almost effortlessly in setup on my parcel. The furniture is solidly designed and tasteful and even the car is fun to toy with. Could have used a workbench for the garage, but I can get something like that after market.
That said, I do have a couple caveats. One issue is in the roof. The center sky light section has collission, but the roof over the bedrooms does not. Makes it easy to just fly up and literally drop right in. Not something I'd like to happen if I'm in my house and heaven forbid I'm in a sim with weather effects that simulate rain. Second is the media center scripts. Sadly they were bugged out and I had to remove it.
All said and done, it's a fantastic house and I'll be looking to BBX for any other structural needs.

I am so happy with this. I would give it 25 stars if I could. The designer was quickly back to me to help. If there were more stars, to give, I would...The textures are amazing.. he furniture is loaded with animations which are smooth . BUY THIS BEFORE THE PRICE goes up.
