This is a Hud, with which one in addition to the group day ect. can create a text above the avatar.
The text is arbitrary, via a menu the text can be entered, it can be decided between new text or add the text.
An RGB color palette can be used to set a color between several 1000 colors.
With a 2nd prim you can simply adjust the height.
