ICONA / DENISSE DRESS 4

I bought this dress and i had problems changing the bows color with HUD. The Hud have boxes of colors to change the color of the dress, and down below is 2 clickable buttons which other one for the dress and the other one for the Bow... or that's what i thought. i couldn't change the color of the bow and contacted the creator and showed video of trying. Instead of trying to understand the customer, instead she was downplaying and minimizing me in horrible way, saying i have been long enough in SL to know. She didn't want to hear what i say for my reasons but accused me of disturbing her and she is busy and telling she block me. This was the most terrible customer service in SL ever. All because she have a bad day, she don't have a right to offend and attack people this way.
