Not Bad!
The building it self is not bad.
But is alot of prims no wonder isnt showing on MP.
Wish the car wash could add more fun on it...
The price isnt the best combination with the prims this building have...
Overpriced for what you actually get
You get a build that has visible plane/texture flicker on one wall, and that is largely NOT modifiable, contrary to the [x] Modify indication on the product page. I can't even unlink or rearrange the traffic pylons. They are pointlessly no modify. This is visually a pretty decent build, but it's completely useless for my purposes, and frankly over priced. I regret having purchased it.
