A great outfit with double skirt, and a hat with a spiderweb voile!

Not a double skirt, but two layered single skirt
May not matter to some, but I bought this for the spider skirt, so I am finding it less useful than i wanted.
I had expected two different layers, but there is one skirt with a transparent layer and a dark layer. I'm currently editing the bottom skirt to make it invisible but it's not ideal. also, not really well put together, but what, it is a cheap outfit and I still like it.
