A multi story house with a tower and a boat house with a loft room. A wind generator on the roof and a wood burning stove inside.

Set on it's own island for placing in water or a version for setting on land.

The lights are turned on and off from a control box in the basement.

The house and island needs a 64x64 area.
Without the island a 31x44 area and is 332 prims

The building is a mesh model so you need the latest viewer to see it.
