This product is low land impact. Land impact depends on size, but is 2.5 in most situations. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included. Fire is animated.

Very Rustic! highly detailed Fireplace Perfect for Old World style SIM
This is a wonderful fireplace! The best thing about it is is a FULL PERM MESH BUILD and very low prim. It has a very rustic look with the old stone detail. I have a medieval SIM and I am buying many things for my SIM from this creator. The Builder has excellent customer service, and will rez any build you need in a timely manner. This was exactly what I was looking for! It was worth the price I paid.
