This set include 5 parts (steps with both railings, step with left and steps with right railing, stand, and railing itself). Land impact is 1 per peace. Also construction 1 and 2 from add r included, and their li is 8 and 5 prims. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

Don't waste your money
The only thing these stairs have going for them is they look great in the picture. However, the "physics" is just invisible prims around the stairs so that you don't fall through. Trying to make these stairs fit to your build is a headache as you have to adjust these invisible prims as well. The lower portion you have to make a large circle around the invisible prim before you can go up the stairs. As for texturing, if you want to spend hours in photoshop to change the textures as the build itself is just one face, go for it.
Very disappointing.
