texture work is amazing, really captures old Victorian style. Rooms are nice and spacious and allows you freedom to style many ways. adjusting house size is perfect for us larger avi's so that is very nice. one suggestion if any is adding working fire to the fireplaces. other than that i highly recommend this sellers homes.
