However, what you get is a round holy symbol emblazoned with the spider of Llolth on the front.
It comes scripted with a bento enabled hand pose so you can REALLY stick it in the face of the non-believers or those zombies that need a good rebuking.

This is pretty cool looking.
Though the picture can't really show it. On a midnight setting, that spider glows on the small medallion.
The medallion is also mod, so I could make it fit my hand perfectly.
