Want a fun guided tour addition to your sim that's both inexpensive and easy to set up? IndiTour is your answer!
Our guided tour system uses waypoints instead of a notecard. It makes the tour very easy to set up or to edit:
1) Rezz the waypoints around your sim, each pointed the direction you want the vehicle to point when it gets to that waypoint. You can make the vehicle travel flat and level or you can have it bank into turns. You could even do a loop-de-loop if you wanted! Through different waypoint placement. because you can point them in any direction, you can make the vehicle slide sideways or even go backwards. Try experimenting with them! (see attached picture showing how to do a banked turn)
2) Assign each waypoint a number in the waypoint object description field, representing what order the vehicle will travel to each waypoint (1, 2, 3, 4.....etc). vehicles travel smoothly between each waypoint and when they get there they will point in the direction that each waypoint points. Also enter the course number in that object description field, to allow you to have multiple courses on one sim.
3) Rezz the vehicle rezzer and in the object description field of the vehicle rezzer, enter the launch data -- the course number you want the vehicles to use, the number of total waypoints you have in your course, whether you want the vehicles to die after they hit the last waypoint (creating a one-way trip) or whether you want the vehicles to loop back to travel to the first waypoint after they hit the last waypoint. This feature allows you to have your vehicles run in an infinite course until the passengers get out. Also enter the vehicle speed -- we allow you to have three possible vehicle speeds.
4) Now, use the included hide/show utility to command all the waypoints of that course to make themselves invisible. (or you can make them transparent by hand using the Edit menu). The utility can also make waypoints visible again for easy position editing later.
If you want to change the course, just move the waypoints. You can have as many vehicles running simultaneously on your course as you like (subject to sim land impact limits) and you can have multiple courses on one sim. A new vehicle will sit on the rezzer pad until passengers get in. When passengers get in, vehicles leave after ten seconds and then a new empty vehicle rezzes in its place.
The system is really simple and flexible. We think you'll like it!
We provide you four vehicles -- a balloon, a winter sleigh, a boat, and a generic ride cart. (see attached pictures)
However, the scripts have been made so that they can easily be copied into your own vehicles and rezzers while using your own sit scripts in the vehicle. We can help you with this, but we admit that we aren't great with sit scripts.. the ones in our vehicles are pretty basic.
NEW: We now include a "Balloon Version 2.5" version which uses AvSitter 2.2 and has two couples kiss poses.
0.5 land impact for each waypoint, 1 impact for the rezzer, up to 8 impact for each vehicle. Copy, mod (except the scripts), no-transfer.

Really good value for money tourer that is simple to set up and LI efficient. The designs for all the vehicles are great. Greatly appreciated being able to purchase this to set up a little tour without having to go broke doing so!

I cannot recommend this tour system enough, we wanted to create our tour using a broomstick and it was so easy to do. Then you just rez your waypoints, hide them all using the utility tool or edit mode and that is it. you can have different speeds too. AND what can you say about the price, who doesn't love a bargain. The creator even contacted me to check everything was ok, so great customer service. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Perfect - and a steal at the price
If you want a tour on your land, don't hesitate. This is easy to set up, works flawlessly, and the balloon (which I used) is really nicely made and looks great. The creator contacted me to check that everything was OK, which is pretty good service when you're paying so very little for something which is definitely worth hundreds more. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product.

its the best looking hot air balloon in sl, I PERSONALLY LOVE IT... i do have a few ideas tho, if the balloon is set to noloop then it should become temp when you sit on it to save me a few prims because your also rezzing a replacement balloon which doubles the primcount. i also wish waypoints wasnt required so i could fly over neighbouring land which i dont own. i had to change the clickaction of the rezzer to NONE becuse if you keep touching it, it`ll rez endless copys of the balloon once again using up all your prims. i wish i knew how the rezzer passed the settings to the balloon so i could use it for my own needs without the rezzer system then id be one happy bunny. but overall this product is amazing !!!
