Hi thank you in your interest in this lovely 'Infinite Heart' shape, say I love you forever in a meaningful way, this sculpture is 100% Mesh full perm, very good LOD, level of detail quality, it has a few mesh faces so you can texture it to your likes, it's size is around a meter long ideal for a house decor and is very affordable.
*Note:This is not a picture but a 3D object and cannot be unlinked, it is textured with a few faces with a seamless texture, texture is not included.
As a reference Mesh Objects normally when resized or unlinked tend to be more land impact than regular prims or sculpts, so if you make it bigger the land impact will increase, if smaller decreases to a certain point, it is recommended that this rocks as being mesh be linked together instead of by themselves as it may add a bigger land impact!.
Also, never link an sculpt or any radial prim like torus, ring or cylinder twisted prims etc to mesh this will increase it's land impact!

Pleasantly Surprised
I saw the permissions to the right side were only copy/modify even though it said full perm. I almost did not buy it but then I realized it was only 19 lindens so decided to take a chance. This item IS full perm. There is a notecard inside of the item when you rez it out, this is the TOS (Read this carefully if you are used to doing things to make yourself creator because it is NOT allowed), I dragged the notecard to its folder then took the rez'd one into my inventory to use it in a future project/build. I thought that maybe this item was going to be tiny, but it is bigger than I expected. If you think you might be getting something small like a pendant that would be on a necklace, you will be surprised too. I personally do not care for the texture, but I planned on changing it anyway and the heart has 1 face & the infinity symbol is a separate face so they can be textured/colored differently as the picture shows. When I scroll my view away from it, the mesh does not break down or look deformed so imo, it is great. I think that the creator is very generous with this item. Again - READ THE TOS.
