Avatars come in all different shapes, sizes, and mesh body configurations. Where applicable, basic editing knowledge would be needed to move poses or body parts in order to achieve the desired look.

Fantastic poses, great creator!
So far, I can't say I've had any complaints with poses I've purchased. They are well made, unique, and have been phenomenal for photography purposes. I'm very much looking forward to future poses and sets, especially given the sort of pictures I end up taking!
