A steal!
At just 445 prims and at 495L$, I doubt you will find a better deal. It's not a residence, it is a palace of modern sculpture, glass, and design. I love all the neat little things to click. The first few times I was inside it I got lost. Then I started using the elevators as my land marks. It's a beautiful build! I would hesitate to recommend it.
